Deerwood Tea Factory

Erathna, Ratnapura
New technologies coupled with traditional machinery produce over 1 million kilograms of tea which are marketed around the island under the “Deerwood Super”, “New Deerwood” and “Waranagala” garden marks.

New Kendagasthenna Tea Factory

Palmadulla, Ratnapura
A harvest of nearly 2.5 million kilograms of Black Tea each year makes this one of the largest tea producers in the Sabaragamuwa Province. The factory uses cutting-edge technologies to ensure high quality, earning it the CQC 2 Star Award HACCP Food Safety Standard, and ISO 22000. The tea is sold under the “KDU”, “KDU Super” and “Rose Hill” garden marks and are held in high esteem.

Nilvin View Tea Factory

Wallandura, Ratnapura
“Nilvin View” was the last factory to be acquired by the Group’s late founder, Mr. K. D. Upasena. It is located in the Wallandura region of Ratnapura and produces approximately 125,000kgs of green leaf per month, sold under the “Nilvin View”, Nilvin View Super” and “Hapurudeniya” garden marks.

Peak Paradise Tea Factory

Paradise, Ratnapura
Peak Paradise sources most of its green leaves from its own tea gardens, although a portion is also sourced from smallholder plantations nearby. With an average production of nearly 1 million kilograms a year, most of our buyers purchase our tea through the “Peak Paradise” and “Manikthanne” garden marks.
